I understand that this is a routine application to establish credit, character, employment, and rental history. I also understand that this is NOT an agreement to rent and that all applications must be approved. I authorize verification of references given. I declare that the statements above are true and correct, and I agree that the landlord may terminate my agreement entered into in reliance on any misstatement made above. I understand that if landlord is unable to verify work references my application will be rejected. I understand that I must meet the requirements set forth by Compass Property Management as listed below in addition to any other requirements set by Compass Property Management.
Income- I must have verifiable income that meets or exceeds three times more than one month of rent
Employment- I must show proof of employment for at minimum one year
Credit- >550 Credit score
No Evictions in the last five years
Landlord Verification
(If I do no meet these qualifications I may be accepted conditionally but will be given instructions on what those conditions are.) Deposits will only be received at our main office located on 230 S. Bemiston Ave, Suite 1100, Clayton, MO 63105 in the form of Money Order made out to Compass Property Management and only upon receiving an approval email/letter.
I understand that by submitting this application I authorize Compass Property Management to perform a credit, background and eviction check.
